At Industry & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original industrial packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
